WI / Micro Com Teck service

Wi-Fi & networking

Build a safer, more reliable connection across your home, office and connected devices.

Focused support

Stronger coverage. Cleaner configuration. Fewer mystery drops.

Reliable Wi-Fi depends on more than advertised speed. Placement, interference, building layout, device capability and network configuration all matter. We separate internet-provider issues from local network issues and design the next step around actual use.

When to reach out

Common signs that it is time for support.

Choose the closest description when submitting a request. You do not need to diagnose the cause yourself.

Video calls drop even when a speed test looks acceptable

Only certain devices lose connection or connect slowly

A new router, access point or mesh system needs setup

Guest, work and smart devices need better separation

Internet and local network problems are difficult to distinguish

Service scope

What this service can include.

The exact scope depends on the device, environment and issue. We confirm the appropriate work before paid service begins.

  • Coverage and reliability assessment
  • Router, access-point and mesh configuration
  • Device connectivity troubleshooting
  • Guest-network and segmentation guidance
  • DNS, addressing and DHCP review
  • New network setup and migration
  • Network security and update review
  • Internet-provider issue isolation

How support works

A deliberate path from symptoms to next steps.

We use the same clear operating rhythm while adapting the technical work to the service.

  1. Map the environment

We document the equipment, layout, affected locations, device types and the difference between coverage and service-speed symptoms.

  2. Measure and isolate

We test the connection path and configuration to identify interference, placement, equipment, device or provider-related constraints.

  3. Configure and verify

We implement the agreed changes, reconnect required devices and verify the priority workflows rather than relying on one speed test.

Before you submit

Helpful details to have ready.

Good context reduces back-and-forth. Share only non-sensitive information through the website form.

  • Internet provider and service tier, if known
  • Router, modem and access-point models
  • A list of locations with poor coverage
  • Which devices and activities are affected
  • Recent equipment or provider changes
  • Keep network credentials available privately—not in the form

Wi-Fi & networking FAQs

Useful answers before you request support.

Will a faster internet plan fix weak Wi-Fi?

Not necessarily. A faster plan does not correct poor coverage, interference, placement or local network configuration. Those need to be assessed separately.

Do I need a mesh Wi-Fi system?

Mesh can help in the right layout, but it is not automatically the best answer. Building materials, wired options, equipment placement and device density should be considered first.

Can you help separate guest and work devices?

We can review supported guest-network and segmentation options. The exact controls depend on the router, access points and business requirements.

Can you work with my internet provider?

We can help isolate symptoms and provide useful findings for provider escalation. Provider account changes remain subject to your authorization and their policies.
